Refund Policy

VinSearchPro is committed to providing our customers with accurate and up-to-date vehicle history reports. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to request a refund.

Conditions for a Refund

  • You must request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • You are only eligible for a refund if one of the following conditions is met:
    • You receive an empty report.
    • You are charged twice for the same report.

Conditions Where a Refund Will Not Be Granted

  • The report contains inaccurate information, but the information is available from the source data.
  • The report is not delivered on time.
  • Failing to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

Please note that the monthly fee and subscription terms are clearly agreed upon before the purchase, and these terms are also detailed on the purchase page and within our terms and conditions. If the subscription was not canceled before the next billing cycle, this does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team by email at support@vinsearchpro.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your request in your email.
